Getting more pensioners using the internet could solve the growing problem of loneliness according to a new report. The think tank Policy Exchange found that one in ten over-65s regularly go a month without seeing anyone socially, yet 40% don't have any access to the internet at home.
In the West the organisation UK Online has over a hundred centres where people can learn to use the internet, and the charity Age UK runs classes in Bristol, Thornbury, Gloucester and Taunton. David Wood reports on what's being done to help older people get connected.
