Swindon Town have made their sixth signing of the summer - Portsmouth midfielder Amine Linganzi.
The 27-year-old joins the Robins on a free transfer, subject to EFL and FA approval.
Beginning his career with Saint-Etienne in France, he's played for Blackburn Rovers, Preston North End, Accrington Stanley and Gillingham, before joining Portsmouth last season.
The central midfielder has also represented Congo at international level.
"I’m very happy to be here and it is a great opportunity to play for the best club in League Two," Linganzi told the club website.
