The Man Engine mechanical puppet, created as a homage to the country's mining industry, will be touring this spring.
The tour will begin in Geevor Tin Mine in Cornwall tomorrow.
It will then head to Devon and Somerset, later followed by Wales and Yorkshire.

The Man Engine is set to tour the South West for the second time.
The giant mechanical puppet was seen by 150,000 people in Cornwall and Devon in 2016.
It was later named 'the best UK arts project' by the National Lottery.
The tour starts at Geevor Tin Mine on Saturday.

The giant Man Engine will be in Radstock, Somerset and in Cornwall next Easter.
The National Lottery project, which wowed crowds across the South West last year, was built to celebrate the history of the mining industry.
The Resurrection Tour will see the Man Engine calling at locations across the county before visiting other places around the UK, South Wales and Yorkshire.
It was named the National Lottery's best art project this year, 2017.
