Tongans take time out to pass on a few tips

Some of Tonga's Rugby World Cup players took time out from their training schedule to help inspire young rugby players at a schools event in Exeter today.

Former Gloucester prop Sila Puafisi along with team mates including Latiume Fosita, Tevita Mailau and Sonatane Takulua ran through some techniques with coaches from the Exeter Chiefs.

Tonga is due to take on Namibia at Sandy Park on Tuesday 29 September.

Argentina take on Georgia in Gloucester

Gloucester's Kingsholm Stadium hosts its third and penultimate match of the Rugby World Cup this afternoon when Argentina take on Georgia.

It's both teams' second game in Pool C. Georgia won their opening game of the tournament at Kingsholm at the weekend against Tonga while Argentina are looking for their first victory.

The Tonga Rugby World Cup 2015 team have been welcomed in Cheltenham in a ceremony at the Town Hall.

Members of the squad performed the Tongan rugby dance to a captive audience.

The Tonga team will be using Cheltenham RFC as its training base throughout the Rugby World Cup which starts next week.

Sione Kalamafoni plays for Tonga and the Gloucester rugby team.
