Dozens of people are involved in a search for a man heard crying for help in the River Helford, near Falmouth. Three coastguard teams, two RNLI lifeboats and a helicopter from RNAS Culdrose are involved in the search.
The report was made just before 7pm by a member of the public from a beach near Glebe.
