A man has appeared before magistrates in Bodmin this morning charged with the murder of 74 year Joan Roddam at her home in Cornwall in 2003.
38 year old Patrick Curran from Delabole spoke only to confirm his name and address.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Plymouth Crown Court tomorrow. Mrs Roddam was found in field behind her home. A post-mortem revealed she died from asphyxiation.
