First patients move out of Frenchay Hospital

Today marks the beginning of the end for one of the region's major hospitals. The first patients moved out of Frenchay Hospital this morning and by the end of the month all services there will be gone.

The Barbara Russell Children's Unit was first to make the move. Staff were in early to ensure the smooth transfer of young patients and say farewell to a place many have called a second home for years.
