A group of eco activists running a community farm in the Forest of Dean say they've been granted an injunction preventing them from being evicted.
It means they'll be able to continue living and working on the land for 12 months, though it is subject to appeal within seven days.
The activists called the police yesterday when bailiffs arrived early in the morning to try to remove them and their possessions from the area.
