The charity Paladin is calling for a register to be set up to to monitor serial stalkers.
It would be similar to that used to track sex offenders. The call comes after Joe Willis was sentenced to life in prison after attempting to murder Helen Pearson - a woman he'd been stalking for years.
More about the charity, and how they can help victims of stalking, can be found on their website.
