The driver of a fuel tanker spent two days in his cab after following satnav direction along a country lane in Wiltshire. He ended up stuck between two hedges on the road at Tutton Hill near the village of Colerne while trying to make a fuel delivery to a nearby Ministry of Defence site.
The driver turned down an offer by police to take him to a hotel while they figured out how to remove the HGV and its thousands of gallons of fuel, according to Mail Online.
Instead, he stayed in his cab which was equipped with a TV and heating. Police eventually towed the vehicle away after draining some of the tanker's fuel to make it lighter.
