A judge is expected to start summing up in the trial of Patrick Curran, the man accused of murdering Cornish pensioner Joan Roddam.
The 74-year-old's body was found in a field close to her home at Delabole in 2003.
The trial has been highly unusual because Mr Curran has refused to enter a plea.
