The family of John Welch, from Corsham in West Wiltshire have paid tribute to him today and say "he will be greatly missed by us all".
The 74-year-old whose funeral took place at West Wiltshire crematorium this lunchtime, was killed last month in a terror attack at a Tunisian beach resort.
He was on holiday with his partner Eileen Swannack from Biddestone who was also killed along with 30 other Britons.
Dad was a kind, caring and generous man. Always willing to lend a hand. He had a great sense of humour and was good fun to be with. He always said hello, and as so many people have commented on, had the most 'amazing blue eyes'.
He will be greatly missed by us all.
Our thoughts are also with Eileen’s family and all of those who have also lost loved ones in this terrible event.
