Australian batsman Michael Klinger has signed a two-year deal with Gloucestershire that will see him stay at the County Ground until 2017.

In his time at Bristol, he has captained the team in both Championship and one-day cricket, scoring 15 centuries.

He will not be starting until June so that he can spend time with his family after his season with Western Australia.
