A decision is expected today on whether the founder of Cornish charity Shelterbox will face a re-trial.

65 year-old Tom Henderson was accused of fraud after allegedly securing lucrative contracts for his son.

But following a six-week trial he was discharged after a jury failed to reach a verdict.
