Post-natal depression: Swindon woman who took her own life given 'inadequate help'

New evidence shows there's been an increase in the number of women dying after giving birth because of mental health issues.

Experts argue many of those deaths can be prevented but that was not the case for one woman from Swindon who took her own life after giving birth.

Emma Caddywold suffered from post-natal depression after the birth of her son Harrison. Her family say the help she got was inadequate.
