Man killed in A38 crash is named

Police have named a man who died following an eight-vehicle collision on the A38 near Glynn Valley last Sunday.

Brian Pook, aged 61, from Plymouth, was riding a motorcycle and died in hospital on Sunday from injuries sustained in the incident.

Officers had already confirmed the death of 64-year-old Jennifer Parsons shortly after arriving at hospital.

Police say drivers and occupants of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries.
