Racing at Cheltenham Festival will go ahead today, after an earlier than scheduled inspection this morning.

Wind speeds have reduced sufficiently since yesterday when organisers were forced to consider calling off today's meet. They'll continue to monitor the forecast but for now race-goers and participants have been given the go ahead. The second day's main feature race will be the Queen Mother Champion Chase.

We’re delighted that the weather conditions have changed from the initial forecasts and the prospect of higher wind speeds and gusts have receded.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic day’s racing on the Old Course with the feature race the £400,000 Grade 1 Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase.
