A further 1,610 people have died within 28 days of testing positive for Covid-19 – the highest number of UK deaths reported on a single day since the outbreak began, figures released by Public Health England show.
The survey showed one in eight would have tested positive for Covid antibodies on a blood test in December, suggesting they had the infection in the past.
The brutal point is that a 70 year old is likely to have more good quality years ahead of them than a 90 year old.
A Labour MS has been suspended from the party's group and an investigation launched following claims a group of members broke Covid regulations by holding an informal gathering in an office of the Welsh Parliament.
