Series overview:
Tipping Point: Lucky Stars returns to primetime with some big celebrity names
Jonathan Ross, Lorraine Kelly, Carol Vorderman and many more celebrities will be taking on the machine in the second series of ITV’s Tipping Point: Lucky Stars, produced by RDF Television and presented by Ben Shephard.
The 8x60 series is based on the hit daytime show Tipping Point, where contestants need to use knowledge, skill and tactics to win turns on the extraordinary Tipping Point machine. In Tipping Point: Lucky Stars the value of the counters double to £100 and the jackpot increases to £20,000. Three celebrities will battle it out in order to win money for the charity of their choice.
Kate Maddigan, ITV Entertainment Commissioning Editor said:
"I can't wait to see how the next batch of celebrities get on against the machine. Tipping Point is such a favourite every afternoon and Lucky Stars makes a welcome return to the evenings."
Will Smith, Director of Programmes, RDF Television, said:
“We’re thrilled to have such a fantastic line up of celebrities this series and can’t wait to see how the likes of Jonathan Ross will fare against the Tipping Point Machine in a bid to win some serious money for their favourite charities.”
