This week we continue our countdown of the our top 10 favourite family dishes, and we challenge chef Phil Vickery to wow us with his own super healthy, low cost and of course mouth-watering version. Which delicious dish will claim number seven in our countdown?


Sian investigates what’s money well spent in our shopping baskets – this week she tackles oils with nutrition therapist Ian Marber. Whether you drizzle, roast or fry, which oil is best? How do they compare in terms of nutrition, health benefits and taste, and which are best value for money? 


Alongside dietician Linia Patel, Sian also looks at juicing versus blending – which is the best way of getting your five a day? And Linia creates her ultimate smoothie. 


Plus, we’ll be asking whether it is possible to get a taste of luxury at affordable prices? This time it’s the ultimate luxury – champagne. Our group of trusty taste testers will take part in a blind taste test of two award-winning products, one significantly cheaper than the other. Which will get their taste buds tingling?


Later, a family put four different veg peelers through their paces to see which they think is easiest to use and worth spending money on.
