Episode 3

Henry plates up a taste of Spain with his dad's paella. For the sweet toothed the boys bake the afternoon tea classic; victoria sponge.

Day Radley, head chef at the Vegan Chef School, treats the boys to her colourful beetroot ravioli and slaw.

Henry and Ian's Snack Hacks focus on how to jazz up homemade houmous, and they make a Texan-style pizza - with smoky, spiced tofu and tasty bourbon sauce.

Series overview

Brand new for ITV Sunday mornings comes Living On The Veg, with vegan and internet chef sensations Henry Firth and Ian Theasby.

The new 10 x 60min series will see the duo cook up their favourite recipes, showing just how accessible and tasty vegan cooking can be.

Every week the duo will be joined by guests in the kitchen for their signature quick, delicious, fuss-free recipes with wow presentation. Cooking up pizzas, burgers, curries, pies, big breakfasts, decadent desserts – nothing is off the menu. They'll show you just how easy it is to recreate all your favourite meals without the meat and dairy.

There’s plant-based breakfasts, meat and dairy-free lunches, vegan dinners, plus a dessert or delicious but healthy snack. Each dish stands alone, or the whole menu can cut down on meal prep time for the week ahead.

Henry and Ian’s new TV series is set to show the nation just how good plant-based eating can be.
