Episode 4: Seville

Ainsley’s Mediterranean travels have brought him to southern Spain, where he’s in stunning Seville, soaking up the sunshine and of course, discovering lots of lovely food.

First up he’s on his best behaviour as he’s visiting San Leandro convent, where nuns have been selling homemade sweets to visitors for 400 years.

Then, he finds the perfect spot for his cookbook kitchen, where he whips up a charred orange and spiced almond salad.

Ainsley learns about all things Iberico ham from deli owner Elio, before heading back to his pop up kitchen to whip up his Serranito de Lomo sandwich.
