Ainsley's Mediterranean adventure has brought him to North Africa and the Moroccan city of Marrakesh where he's getting stuck right into the hustle and bustle of the souk with a visit to Chez Lamine, a small restaurant famous for cooking whole lambs in their underground oven. 

After sampling it hot from the stove, Ainsley's taking some back to his pop up kitchen and making quick flat breads with tomato salsa to serve alongside it. 

Next, Ainsley's on the hunt for one of Morocco's most famous ingredients, ras el hanout, so it's off to Mellah spice souk for a bit of shopping and he's whipping up delicious BBQ corn on the cob with a spicy ras el hanout and lemon butter. 

There's a luxurious masterclass with a visit to the Mandarin Oriental where top chef Cedric is showing Ainsley how he makes traditional Moroccan food with a fancy twist, and as the sun starts to set Ainsley is hitting the main square in Marrakesh for some street food antics before heading to his riad rooftop kitchen to make BBQ whole fish with chermoula and a carrot ribbon salad.
