Episode 5: Granada

Ainsley is exploring the glorious Mediterranean region of southern Spain, and his journey has brought him to the gastronomic hotspot that is Granada.

He’s learning all about the famous Alhambra Palace and sampling a sweet local delicacy, piononos, with tour guide Katia.

Then he’s up in his rooftop pop-up kitchen overlooking the city, which is the perfect spot to whip up a traditional Spanish hot chocolate with a twist of orange that’s thick, creamy and utterly divine.

And, he couldn’t visit Spain without taking a lesson in Flamenco dancing, before rustling up an absolutely classic seafood paella.
