This week Ainsley is in southern Spain in stunning Seville.

First up is a visit to San Leandro convent where nuns have been selling homemade sweets to visitors for 400 years. Then Ainsley finds the perfect spot for his cookbook kitchen and whips up a charred orange and spiced almond salad. Ainsley learns about all things iberico ham from deli owner Elio before using in a classic Spanish pork sandwich, serranito de lomo.
