Gino D’Acampo and Melanie Sykes give their guide to a stress-free Xmas with delicious, simple, make-ahead recipes, useful tips and great gift ideas.  Each day they welcome a celebrity guest and Gino faces some festive challenges.   
Saturday 21 December
Gino and Mel serve up Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb, Ham Hock & Parsley Terrine and a stunning Chocolate Mousse Fridge Cake as alternatives for a Christmas lunch.  Today’s guest is the hilarious Joe Pasquale.  
Sunday 22 December
Strictly Come Dancing’s Bruno Tonioli joins Gino and Mel for today’s festive lunch hour.  On the menu are Roast Rib of Beef in a Giant Yorkshire Pudding and Filo Mince Pies.  Plus etiquette expert William Hanson reveals how the Royal Family celebrates Christmas.      
Monday 23 December
Gino and Mel are joined by Oz Clarke who gives his tips for drinks to accompany your Christmas mealtimes.  On the menu today are a sticky Mustard and Ginger Baked Ham with Pineapple Chutney, delicious Potted Shrimps and an indulgent Clementine Pavlova.
Tuesday 24 December
Gino & Mel give their step by step guide to cooking the perfect, stress-free Christmas Lunch of Roast Turkey with all the trimmings; and they make a vegetarian centrepiece – Vegetable & Feta Cheese Terrine with Roasted Garlic Bread - for their special guest, Billy Ocean.
