1.          INTRODUCTION

1.1.              We are ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment, a company registered in England and Wales (registered number: 0310625) of 2 Waterhouse Square, Holborn, London, EC1N (“we”, “us”, “our”) and we are the co-producers of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (Series 18) (the “Programme”) together with Mitre Studios Limited (registered company number: 07844965) of 180 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QZ, which we intend but do not undertake, to produce for initial transmission by ITV (the "Broadcaster").

1.2.              It is our intention to include a feature provisionally entitled “Ring My Bell” (the “Feature”) in episode seven of the Programme.

1.3.              By attending the Location (as defined below) (following any announcement of the Feature in episode seven of the Programme) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.4.              We are not responsible for any expenses you incur in attending the Location.

In order to be able to be eligible for the Feature, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1.              you are 18 (eighteen) years old or over;

2.2.              you are not:

2.2.1.   currently employed by us or the Broadcaster or Ring; or

2.2.2.   a live-in partner or immediate relative (i.e., mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on the Programme;

(the above shall be collectively defined as the “Eligibility Requirements”).

3.1.              It is our intention to run the Feature in episode seven of the Programme and we may potentially run the Feature multiple times in a single episode of the Programme, however, you understand that we cannot guarantee this.

3.2.              You acknowledge that we have the right at our sole discretion to reasonably amend the rules around the Feature but if we elect to do this, we shall seek to notify you and any viewers of any amendments and changes in advance of such changes being implemented.

3.3.              In the episode in which the Feature is included, the presenters of the Programme will make an announcement showing a live video feed withthe appearance of a video doorbell camera (the “Doorbell”) placed at the front of property within the UK (the “Property”) by us. The Property belongs to a member of thepublic who has been surprised by us in the Programme studio audience (the “Studio Participant”).

3.4.              Viewers of the Programme who think they recognise the Property and fulfil the Eligibility Requirements will be invited to attend the Property within a set time periodwhich will commence from the point the presenters of the Programme start the clock (the “Time Period”) with a specific instruction or direction to follow (this may be a specific phrase that needs to be said, a question that needs to be answered, an object that needs to be brought along, etc) (the “Instruction”). Please note, that depending on the Instruction we reserve the right to vary the Time Period for each time the Feature is run. Anyone attending the Property within the Time Period will be considered on a first come first serve basis by us and should an individual be the first person in attendance at the Property, they will need to "ring the Doorbell" upon which the Time Period clock will be paused. In order to win a cash prize for themselves and the Studio Participant, they must be the first person to follow the Instruction set by the Programme presenters after appearing at the front door and “ringing the Doorbell”.  Failure to follow the Instruction shall entitle us restart the clock on the remainder of the Time Period and to move on to the next person in attendance at the Property and so forth until such time a person who is in attendance at the Property is able to follow the Instruction. Should no individual in attendance at the Property within the Time Period be able to follow the Instruction, thecash prize both for themselves and the Studio Participant will be forfeit.Anyone who attends the Property before the Time Period commences shall be required to wait until the Time Period starts. Anyone who attends the Property after the Time Period has lapsed shall not be eligible to take part in the Feature.

3.5.              We reserve the right to stop admitting people for the Feature and/or stop admitting people to the Property (i) after the Time Period has passed; and/or (ii) as and when we reasonably deem it no longer practicable for us to admit any more people intothe front of Property (including, without limitation, where health and safety concerns prevent us from admitting any more people into the front of the Property); and/or (iii) if any inappropriate or threatening behaviour is displayed.

3.6.              In the event of any error in the running of the Feature, our decision with respect to the handling of such error and/or failure shall be final.

4.1.              When attending the Property and if applicable, bringing an object (the “Item”) we have set out in an Instruction that at no point should you endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws.

4.2.            Anyone lifting, pulling, pushing or handling a large Item should be physically fit and able to do so.

4.3.              We recommend that you do not try to lift a large Item on your own and that you do so with other people to assist you.

4.4.              When handling a large Item, make sure you are bending from the knees to lift.

4.5.              Carry any large Item as close to your body as possible, keeping a straight back.

4.6.              Avoid twisting your back and keep your movements small when lifting any large Item.

4.7.              Try not to lift any large Item above your shoulder height.

4.8.             Try to manoeuvre any large Item without injuring anyone, and without damaging doorways, corridors, breakable items etc.

4.9.              Make sure you are wearing sensible footwear and clothing when lifting and carrying any large Item.

4.10.            Please make sure that you take care when walking in public areas, and when crossing streets and roads.

4.11.            After the Feature has concluded, you, and if applicable any people who have accompanied you, are solely responsible for taking any Item back to where it originally came from and we shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses whatsoever incurred by you in doing this.
