Each eligible shortlisted entry will be assessed by a judging panel. Each Finalist and/or their nominator will be contacted for confirmation of eligibility, compliance with the entry criteria and availability on the dates required. If there is a tie in the number of eligible votes received in respect of two or more Finalists, or if there is any disruption to the voting lines and/or platform due to technical problems or otherwise during the voting period, which the Promoter in its sole discretion considers has rendered the vote invalid, then the Judging Panel shall decide the winner at its sole discretion.
