Love Island 2023 Pre-Voting Terms and Conditions
LOVE ISLAND SERIES 10 2023 PRE-PROGRAMME VOTE: VOTING INTERACTION INFORMATION
Voting method and cost:
Viewers in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may vote to decide the first couples of the Programme by choosing which female and male contestants they want see paired together in the first coupling-up of the programme Love Island Series 10 (“Programme”) as follows:
Mobile In App: users of Apple mobile devices with iOS for iPhones, iPod Touch, iPads or iPad minis and users of mobile devices with Android may download the latest version of the official Love Island app from the relevant app store (iTunes store or the Google Play store) (the “App”). Users will be redirected to www.itv.com/vote (the “website”) and should follow the instructions to cast their vote for each voting event. Users will be required to register on the website before being able to vote. More information about how to register can be found here. Download of the App is free although data charges from the user’s network operator may apply as well as internet service provider’s fees when users access the internet. If there are technical or other issues with the votes, the Promoter reserves the right to discount the votes (as applicable) and announce the result of the vote without including those affected votes.
The Promoter is unable to confirm the integrity of and is not responsible for any vote services promoted outside the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man or for any unofficial voting methods as these are not within their control. Votes must not be sent in through agents or on behalf of another person, and viewers cannot submit votes as an agent of any other person. The Promoter and the Programme’s producers reserve the right to discount votes if they have reasonable grounds to suspect they have been made from outside the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man from unofficial third party voting services or otherwise in breach of any applicable terms and conditions.
Please note that the Promoter and the Programme’s producers are unable to confirm the integrity of any other voting method except for the official voting system promoted and displayed within the App. The Promoter and the Programme’s producers reserve the right to discount votes from third party voting services where applicable.
Please note it is not possible to vote via any method not stated in these terms and conditions.
The vote will open on Thursday 1 June 2023 as advertised in the App, authorised social media and/or in any other ITV programme(s) (as applicable) and will close on Friday 2 June 2023 at 9.00pm.
Users of the App are limited to one (1) vote per registered mobile number. The Promoter and the Programme’s producers reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any votes made above the permitted level having regard to all the circumstances and information available at the relevant time. The Promoter and/or the Programme’s producers may in their sole discretion contact voters who have voted in excess of the permitted level.
Viewers in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may vote for the contestants they would like to see matched in the first coupling-up of the Programme.
Any variation on the format of the vote as set out in these terms and conditions will be announced in the App and such format as announced in the App and/or authorized social media will prevail.
If the outcome of the vote cannot be reasonably determined because of a technical failure, a tie, or for any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the producers of the Programme, their agents or sub-contractors, then the Promoter and Programme producers may choose (at their sole discretion) that the vote will be cancelled and reopened at a later date; or that the Programme producers will determine the outcome.
