GOOD MORNING BRITAIN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Who can enter:
Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
Opening/closing date & time:
Prize Draw in relation to Good Morning Britain programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries online via itv.com/goodmorningbritain on Friday 11 October 2019.
Prize Draw closes for entries at 2:00pm on Wednesday 23 October 2019.
Winner selection & contact:
The draw will take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date and time of all entries.
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
The prize is time critical and the winners will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable for two (2) days after 2:00pm on Wednesday 23 October 2019.
How to enter & cost of entry:
Online – go to itv.com/goodmorningbritain and follow the instructions to enter.
One (1) entry per mobile number is permitted. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.
There is one (1) prize consisting of two tickets for the winner and one (1) companion to attend the Pride of Britain Awards 2019 on Monday 28October 2019 at Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel (86-90 Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN). It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the Prize on the relevant date.
The tickets include a champagne reception at the Pride of Britain Awards 2019, a three-course dinner, attendance at the Pride of Britain Awards 2019 Ceremony and attendance at the after-show drinks reception (all of which are to be held at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel). Please note there will be a bar at the after-show reception at which the winner and their companion can purchase drinks at their own expense.
The Prize also includes hotel accommodation for one (1) night on Monday 28 October 2019 at the Royal Garden Hotel, 2-24 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W8 4PT (the “Hotel”), on a bed and breakfast basis based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (to be chosen by the winner, subject to availability). Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes.
The Prize also includes the following transportation for the winner and their companion:
-Standard return rail travel from the UK mainland station near to the winner’s home address to a London mainline station, or if the winner is a resident of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, return economy flights to London (for each winner and their companion);
-Private return transport by car between the London train station/airport and the Hotel; and
-Private return transfers by car between the Hotel and the Awards ceremony.
The winner and their companion must be a minimum of 18 years of age. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Pride of Britain Awards 2019 does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
The Prize excludes transport between the winner’s home and the departure train station/airport, accommodation, transportation, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
