What information do we collect and who do we share it with?
When you make a donation to Soccer Aid for Unicef, we will collect and process your personal data in order to process your donation. This may include your name, bank details and mobile number or email address.
We don’t transfer any of your data outside of the UK or the European Economic Area.
How will we use your information?
We and our authorised third parties will only process your personal information where we have legal grounds to do so. When you indicate that you would like to make a donation and/or Gift Aid your donation, your data will be processed in accordance with the table below.

Purpose of processing: Processing your donation.Data involved:Data will depend on how you make your donation, however this may include: name, address, bank details and mobile number or email address.Legal grounds for processing:Fulfilment of a contract (in accordance with the Soccer Aid terms and conditions).
2. Purpose of processing: For ITV to collect data provided by you in relation to Gift Aid and to pass that data to Unicef UK (so that Unicef UK can apply Gift Aid to your donation).Data involved:Name, postcode, house number, donation amount and donation date.Legal grounds for processing:Fulfilment of contract (in accordance with the Soccer Aid terms and conditions).
3. Purpose of processing: For any donor who donates over £5,000, for ITV to collect data and pass that data to Unicef UK (so that Unicef UK can apply for match funding from The Department for International Development and GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance.Data involvedName, postcode, house number, donation amount and donation date.Legal grounds for processingFulfilment of contract (in accordance with the Soccer Aid terms and conditions).
Will we send you marketing?
You will not receive any marketing communications from ITV or Unicef UK by making a donation unless you provide your express consent to do so as set out below.
What are your rights?
Any personal information you supply will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation and any other applicable or superseding legislation. We are committed to delivering the rights that individuals are entitled to under data protection laws in the UK. These are:
The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To do this, please contact us at email@example.com making clear that you are requesting a copy of your personal information and including full details of what you require. You may also be required to submit a proof of your identity.
The right to withdraw your consent for your personal information being used for direct marketing. Where required we will ensure we obtain your consent before undertaking marketing and you will have the ability to opt out.
