Can you be overweight but fit?

According to researchers from the European University in Madrid, being overweight but fit can still put people at risk of heart problems.

Their study found that active obese people are twice as likely to have high cholesterol and five times more likely to have high blood pressure than people who don’t exercise but are an average weight.
