Deliciously Ella shows us how to make her go-to breakfast smoothie.
1/2 avocado handful fresh or frozen spinach (30g)a few chunks of pineapple (80g)1 teaspoon coconut oilsqueeze lemon juiceslice of fresh ginger, peeled (5g)1/2 glass chilled almond milk (200ml)
Peel and pit the avocado, place in a blender with all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
