Deliciously Ella's Green Dream breakfast smoothie

They're a healthy start to the day with the ability to give you energy and your '5 a day'.

Deliciously Ella shows us how to make her go-to breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients

1/2 avocado handful fresh or frozen spinach (30g)a few chunks of pineapple (80g)1 teaspoon coconut oilsqueeze lemon juiceslice of fresh ginger, peeled (5g)1/2 glass chilled almond milk (200ml)

Method

Peel and pit the avocado, place in a blender with all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
