Dolphin for Christmas dinner?

Arthur Boyt in Davidstow, Cornwall has spent years dining on dead animals he salvages from roads including weasels, hedgehogs, squirrels, and otters. And this festive period he plans on making a meal from the carcass of a dolphin he found washed up on a beach near his house. We speak to Arthur as he prepares a dish for those with a strong stomach!
