Family cheated death thanks to car's automatic brakes
Last weekend Storm Dennis caused havoc, with wind speeds reaching up to 91 miles per hour in some parts of the country.
The Sanderson family felt the full force of the storm. Driving to Dorset for the half term break, the family of five were almost crushed to death by a falling tree.
But it was thanks to the automatic braking system of their car - a Tesla Model X - that the vehicle stopped before the tree landed on its roof - saving all five members of the family. Today we’re joined by mum and dad, Laurence and Anna Sanderson and two of their children as they tell us about the terrifying ordeal.
