It’s the latest wellness craze coming out of La La Land - exercising upside down!
Yoga expert Julie Montagu claims that doing exercises like Aerial Yoga - where you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat but upside down in the air - helps you mentally and physically by providing a dose of rich, oxygenated blood to the head.
