Lemon-Aid

Serves: 1

Ingredients

3 Golden Delicious apples1 lemon (skin on)Ice, to serve

Method

Juice the apples and lemon. Serve in a glass with ice.

Green-Aid

Serves: 1

Ingredients

3 Golden Delicious apples1 lemon (skin on)2-inch chunk of cucumber1 handful spinach1/2 stalk celeryIce, to serve

Method

Juice the apples, lemon, cucumber and spinach.

Serve in glass with ice.

Watermelon and Mint-Aid

Serves: 1

Ingredients

3 apples1 lemon (skin on)1 handful water melon1 handful mint leavesIce, to serve

Method

Juice the apples and lemon.

Pour the juice into a blender, add the watermelon, mint leaves and ice. Blend until smooth.

Beet n Banana-Aid

Serves: 1

Ingredients

x3 Golden Delicious apples1 lemon (skin on)1 raw bulb beetroot1 bananaIce, to serve

Method

Juice the apples, lemon and beetroot.

Pour the juice into a blender, add the banana and ice. Blend until smooth.
