Live Male Cancer Clinic

This week has been Male Cancer Awareness week and along with Samuel L. Jackson's One For the Boys campaign, Phillip and the Hollywood superstar visited the staff and patients in the cancer ward of the Royal Marsden Hospital. On Wednesday we met the brave brother and sister who lost their father a year ago to cancer after he ignored the warning signs, and yesterday saw Michael Douglas speak out about his recent battle with tongue cancer.

Today we go live to Peter Andre at our pop-up Male Cancer Clinic in Westfield Shopping Centre where Dr Chris Steele will be performing a live testicular examination, Phoenix Nights' DaveSpikey and Emmerdale's Fraser Hines will receive the results of their bowel cancer screenings and Dr Chris will explain more about prostate cancer and the test available for it.

Any one with any concerns about prostate cancer can find more information on the Prostate Cancer UK website or call a Prostate Cancer UK Specialist Nurse about any issues concerning the disease: www.prostatecanceruk.org / 0800 074 8383

Please note: screening for bowel cancer starts from different ages across the UK. In England it's 60 years old, in Scotland 50 years old.
