POLL: Should children be banned from weddings?

We're into May which means the start of peak wedding season, so we're asking a question that everyone seems to have an opinion on - should children be banned from weddings?

As it stands, an overwhelming 88% of voters in our poll think the answer is ‘no’, insisting that children are part of the family and should absolutely be invited. Not according to writer Eimear O’Hagan, who sacked her chief bridesmaid as she didn’t want her newborn baby ruining the day. She's on Skype, and in the studio we’re joined by journalist Sally Jones, who agrees weddings are wrecked by children, and etiquette expert Grant Harrold, who says if it's good enough for the royals, it should be good enough for everyone else!
