The children's riding school fighting for its future
Park Lane Stables riding school provides a much-needed lifeline to children with disabilities and their families. Not only can they enjoy learning to ride, but the children can help care for the horses and undertake hippotherapy too - a specialist form of physiotherapy. However, the riding school has been at risk of closure and has been desperately trying to raise £1 million to secure its future.
Today we’re joined by Centre Manager Natalie O’Rourke, to give us a very exciting update, alongside Helen Clark and her son Christian, who say they would be lost without the stables.
