But you won't find maths, English and science here, no this is a club with the simple aim of making your current situation just a little bit easier - because let’s face it, it can’t get much worse!
We've got you covered - from easy lunches to help you get through the week to how to organise and add structure to the day, or perhaps you just need a little 'me time' - don't worry, we've got tips on how to relax too!

NOMINATE YOUR CHILD FOR STAR OF THE WEEK
STAR OF THE WEEK IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR STARS!
We want you to get involved by nominating your child for Star of the Week. Maybe your preschooler has learnt to write their name or perhaps your child has wowed you in the kitchen or created a crafting masterpiece!
All you have to do is head to the This Morning app, and tap Get Involved. Choose the Star of the Week dropdown option, upload a photo of your child and their work and let us know in less than 100 words why your child deserves to be our Star of the Week.
