IRONING: Avoid creases by using a starch spray. Sort your ironing into material piles - cottons, jeans, woollens.
The workout challenge: Put the basket further away from you!
WASHING THE FLOOR: Use soapy water with white wine vinegar.
The workout challenge: Swap out the mop for an old-fashioned water bucket and hand cloth to clean the floor on your hands and knees.
WINDOW CLEANING: Use a good microfibre cloth with water or glass spray. Otherwise go old-fashioned with vinegar spray!
The workout challenge: Add wrist weights and change it up with ‘S’ shape movements.

PUTTING AWAY YOUR WASHING: Put freshly washed clothes on hangers where you can so they go straight into the wardrobe.
The workout challenge: Split up the piles of clothes downstairs and do multiple trips to put them away.
VACUUMING: Rotate the vacuum in all directions to pick up dirt hiding in corners and forgotten areas of the room.
