Professor Green aims to raise £1M for trauma research
The recent terror attacks in Manchester and London have highlighted how hard the NHS staff work, but also shows how stretched they are. Trauma attacks are the biggest killer of under 40s in the UK and are also one of the most unrecognised departments.
Rap artist Professor Green is putting his star power behind the Transform Trauma campaign to raise £1 million for much-needed research after his life was saved not once, but twice, by trauma doctors.
Prof Green is joined on the sofa by Professor Karim Brohi, a leading trauma surgeon who has been on hand for the recent terror attacks, knowing all too well how in need trauma departments are.
