'I walked my daughter down the aisle thanks to exoskeleton suit'
More than 100,000 Brits suffer with Multiple Sclerosis - a condition affecting the brain and spinal cord with symptoms including blurred vision and mobility.
But now a new trial at Kent and Canterbury hospital could help those suffering. The robotic exoskeleton allows the patient to stand, exercise and walk unaided.
Thanks to the suit, 59-year-old Steve Barnes was able to walk his daughter Coral down the aisle - something he had always wanted to do. Steve’s here to demonstrate the £100,000 exoskeleton, alongside Dr Sara.
