Harnaam suffers from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome meaning she grows excessive facial hair, whilst Rachael has a condition leaving her covered head-to-toe in benign tumours.

The school using music to move on from Grenfell

It’s an unlikely subject to inspire a musical - The Grenfell Tower fire. But for the pupils at Kensington Aldridge Academy, the secondary school situated right next to the Tower, music has helped them turn grief into relief. So they enlisted the help of Gareth Malone to create a concert to mark the reopening of their school, which in the aftermath had to be moved and in which five of their fellow students died.

It has been confirmed that former Love Island Contestant Mike Thalassitis took his own life this weekend, aged 26. News of his passing has sent shockwaves across the nation, but sadly male suicide is all too common, and has become the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Mike's untimely death serves as a stark reminder why men need to open up about their mental health, a subject highlighted with our campaign, Project 84.

Joining us to remember her friend is Mike’s Love Island co-star, Montana Brown, alongside CEO of CALM, Simon Gunning.
