Sharp End December 13th

As Omicron cases rises across the UK, Wales' first minister has announced all over 18s will be offered a booster jab by the end of the year. But does that mean Covid-19 restrictions are about to make a Christmas comeback? Rob Osborne speaks to Mark Drakeford to find out.

The pandemic has wreaked havoc in so many areas of life and that is especially the case for many high streets across Wales. Rob has been to Pontypridd to see how businesses there are coping and what they need to survive following the uncertainty caused by Covid-19.

Also on the show, legendary Welsh singer and former Plaid Cymru president Dafydd Iwan tell us what he thinks about the current state of politics in Wales and the co-operation agreement between Plaid and Labour.

And as it's our last show of year, Rob is joined in the studio by some of ITV Wales' correspondents to find out what 2021 has been like to report on and what we can expect for 2022. He's also joined by political pundits who give their take on this year and the one ahead.
