Sharp End February 7th

Around 60,000 people are living with Long Covid in Wales and there have been calls for specialist centres to be set up to deal with the condition. We speak to a nurse who has had the illness for a year and a half and find out how she's coping. Rob Osborne also speaks to the Health Minister, Eluned Morgan, to find out what the Welsh Government is doing about the situation.

Also on tonight's show, how diverse is Wales and what does an equal society look like? In politics 43% of Senedd members are women, 35% are MPs and only 29% are councillors. The gender equality charity Chwarae Teg says it's a frustrating picture in many areas of Wales' society, not just politics, and more needs to be done to improve it.

And is it time to get back to the office or have a hybrid future?  But what would the implications for the world of work be? Joining Rob to discuss in more detail is Shavanah Taj from the Welsh Trade Union Congress and Ian Price from the Confederation of British Industry.
