Diving

Ten elite athletes representing different sports have gathered to compete in the ultimate sports competition. Diving is revealed as the first sport and Michael must train his fellow athletes for the first competition in only three days.

Gymnastics is the next sport and Sydney trains her fellow athletes for the vault.

Gymnastics

The training for Gymnastics is intense and gruelling and visits to the medic are piling up. For Marshall, being away from home and his parents is proving to be particularly tough; Fenella gets some shocking news from her doctor.

Equestrian is the next sport and Fenella trains her fellow athletes for show jumping.

Brodie reverts to goofing off during training for equestrian show jumping while Faith finally finds her confidence. Marshall is convinced he’ll be on the podium for the third week in a row as Michael’s frustration mounts.

Golf is the next sport and Haven trains her fellow athletes for the upcoming competition.

Golf

Golf is a welcome sport to the exhausted athletes. Daniel feels confident having played with his dad back home, while Michael deals with an injury. An unexpected twist to the competition throws the athletes for a loop.

Cayde is excited to train his fellow athletes in a radical skateboarding routine.

Skateboarding

There is an obvious gender divide as the boys are excelling at skateboarding faster than the girls. Tensions mount among the female athletes as frustrations soar. An unexpected, and to some unwelcome, surprise awaits the athletes at the podium.

Jasmine is determined to train her fellow athletes in swimming, if only they would listen!

Swimming

The athletes are feeling frustrated and exhausted from swimming. Haven swam competitively before and is an immediate stand-out. Michael is feeling the pressure to medal this week. A mistake in the competition proves costly for one of the athletes.

Marshall is beyond thrilled to get his fellow athletes ready for the BMX race.

BMX Racing

BMX training is extreme and tough on the athletes - both physically and mentally. Brodie’s negative attitude is affecting his abilities while Faith’s enthusiasm for BMX racing results in a scary moment. The big race solidifies a friendship.

Daniel is unable to compete; the athletes are hoping to make a move on the leaderboard.

Wakeboarding

With Daniel unable to compete, Brodie needs to excel in wakeboarding if he wants a shot at the title of All-Round Champion. Cayde thinks his skateboarding skills will transfer easily, however weather plays havoc on training and the competition.

Kart Racing

It is kart racing day, and Haven struggles to get her pedal to the medals, Jasmine encounters a fiery situation and Sydney just barely escapes disaster. Engines and emotions run high in a race filled with twists, turns and trouble for some athletes.

The athletes are sad to see the contest end, but then are shocked to learn it is not over!

Kayaking

Daniel is hoping a medal will secure him the title, Jasmine is desperate for the podium while Fenella breaks down. The athletes are sad that their adventure is ending… but they are shocked to learn the competition is not over!

The athletes learn that they must compete in more events with the title still possible.

Arcathlon

After shocking news, the athletes learn that they must compete in more events without training or a coach. The events are hurdles, javelin, long jump, 800m race and an old-fashioned tug of war. The title of All Round Champion is still up for grabs.

Athletes meet for the first time; training begins for the Moguls competition.

Freestyle Skiing

Ten elite athletes representing different sports have gathered to compete in the ultimate sports competition. Freestyle skiing is revealed as the first sport and Gage must train his fellow athletes for the first competition in only three days.

Figure skating is the next sport, Caiyla trains her fellow athletes in a unique routine.

The training for figure skating is intense and grueling, as the athletes deal with toe picks, pivots and presentation. For Gage, being at the bottom of the leaderboard is affecting his confidence; Sloane deals with devastation.

It’s dog mushing and Ellyn is deemed the 'H.D.W.I.C.' – the Head Dog Whisperer in Charge.

All the athletes are excited for dog mushing. All except Caiyla, who is not comfortable around dogs. Adam loses focus while Rajan and Sloane struggle with the sport. Gage’s frustration mounts as he attempts to make the podium for the first time.

Cross Country Skiing

Emotions run at an all-time high in cross country skiing as Rajan struggles with his place at the bottom of the leaderboard. Gage’s desperation to reach the podium adds pressure, but his empathy for his fellow competitors outshines his performance.

It’s time for luge; the athletes train for the fastest ice sport.

Luge

Losing is starting to weigh heavily on Ellyn and Rajan and they are determined to change things. The athletes learn very quickly that Luge is harder than it looks… and dangerous. Tragedy strikes an athlete and a heartbreaking decision is made.

Snowboarding

There's a huge gender divide as the boys are excelling faster than the girls as they tackle the boxes, rails and jumps in snowboarding. The training is intense and grueling and visits to the medic are piling up. Two big surprises await the athletes.

Ice climbing is extreme and so is the learning curve. The start of training makes Rajan face his biggest fear and Adam gets flustered easily. Caitlyn perseveres, Estella rebounds, and Evan and Gage continue their rivalry from the ice to the podium.

With only three sports left in the competition, the feeling is that Evan can’t be caught in the overall standings. Perhaps Perdita’s pep-talk will inspire the athletes to push themselves beyond their limits and what they thought possible.

It is the penultimate week of the competition and the athletes are clueless about the sport of curling. They realize quickly it is harder than it looks. The athletes are put into a situation that they don’t usually find themselves in… teams.

Perdita gathers the athletes for the most astonishing announcement ever in ARC history. Estella is devastated and the athletes are alarmed, annoyed and anxious. The Arcathlon returns with a wallop, but a surprise guest arrives to change the mood.

Three of the six Arcathlon events are left in the competition and many points are still up for grabs. Adam continues his reign atop the Leaderboard, but Evan and Gage are within striking distance. The winner of All-Round Champion is crowned.
