G Wing is in turmoil. Wing Governor Helen Stewart hasn't returned from vacation, and Senior Officer Jim Fenner is in charge.

Using a mobile phone smuggled into Larkhall by prison worker Josh, Shell continues to torment Marilyn. The disturbing anonymous telephone calls to the Fenner household alarm Jim.
