Series 1

Episode 1

Comedy drama series starring Helen Baxendale and James Nesbitt about a trio of thirtysomething couples. Adam and Rachel want to move in together, and Pete's about to be a dad.

Episode 2

Rachel and Adam move in together but he is not happy to discover that Rachel once got married - especially since she never got divorced. Pete and Jenny's new baby causes upheaval.

When Karen meets a handsome author, she contemplates having an affair. Meanwhile, Pete and Jenny are frustrated by the arrival of Pete's controlling parents, who belittle him.

Karen and a reluctant David go to marriage guidance counselling, Pete gets Jenny a surprise, which doesn't go down well, and Rachel thinks Adam's turning into an old man.

At the charity ball, Jenny gets drunk and brawls with Natalie, who demands compensation. Plus, Rachel confides in Karen that she's pregnant, but isn't sure who the father is.
